My issue is I am a Diamond Plus Caesars Rewards member and this property isn’t honoring any of the benefits that come along with that tier status other than waiving resort fees. Although those are not really my concerns. Staff is rude and not helpful, rooms are decent but typical “Harrah’s” with broken/damaged items throughout. This is the 3rd time we’ve been and thought we’d give it another chance but it was just as bad. Other than that property is a complete disappointment. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the pool and gaming floor are nice.
